This weekend we went to the Arizona Renaissance Festival and it was so fun. We couldn't believe how realistic it was! We thought it was going to be some tents set up, you know, the typical fair kind of thing, but the festival owns this land and has real, permanent buildings. It was really amazing! Lots of castles and little shops, even a rock climbing castle, they had a jousting area, tons of buildings for shops and food too, a lot of shows, axe throwing, archery - which was a lot of fun! Cam did great, I didn't do so we'll tho :/ The whole festival was huge! So many people dressed up and talking like Medieval times, it was a really neat place! If anyone is ever in Arizona from Feb-March this is a must see!

The festival looked way fun! I love the new lay out of your blog, especially the slide show of your wedding pictures. You guys are so creative!
How cool!! I'm jealous, I've been trying to get Dustin to go to one and after looking at your pictures he was like "I'd go to one like that"
Who knew Arizona would be such a "hot spot" for all things medival. Thanks for sharing the wonderful pictures.
Kelda! How are you doing? It looks like you and Cameron are having fun in Arizona. It's good to see people I know! -Ashley
You guys seem to have a lot of fun together doing lots of different things. I love seeing your pictures. Keep them coming, I feel like I see you and have somewhat of an update that way.
Yeah, for Renaissance fairs. I always wanted to go to one. They have one in San Francisco once a year; we should check it out. Were the Renaissance people nerdier than the Wizard World people? You blog is looking pretty nerdy with these posts back to back.
I went to a Renaissance fair in Cali once and I loved it! I'm going to see if they have anything like that in Utah. Is Cameron eating a chicken drum in the last picture?
