Yesterday started with us going to the park. It was a pretty hot, muggy day so we didn't stay too long. When we got back we went swimming for a while, then had a bbq and then headed off to Fillmore for fireworks. This was my first year going to Fillmore, and it did not disappoint! Cameron's familys been going since we were dating and I always wanted to go! Here's why - You can set off your own fireworks while waiting for theirs, and their fireworks are right over you! As you can see in the picture below. I wasn't zoomed in, and I was laying down. They are directly over you and very low, which can be a little scary. They're still burning as they hit the ground. Lucky none of us got burned :) They are amazing though because of how low they are. But very loud! It was the best fireworks show I've ever seen! I made a slideshow but it isn't loading so I'll have to try later.
