Weekend with Allen Adams
We always love it when family comes to visit and this weekend Cameron's Dad was here! Friday we headed over to Allen's hotel in Scottsdale, and while Cam and Allen had a business meeting, I layed out at the hotels pool! They later joined me and in total I was probably there for about 4 hrs. Then we walked around old town for a bit and ate at a great Italian restaurant.

Saturday we went on a hike before Allen headed back home.
When we got to the top, we looked down at the car and realized the car down was open! :o Luckily we found a trusting grandpa with his grandson heading back down that said he'd close it. 
Was a great weekend! Thanks Allen! Later Saturday night we had a helicopter circling over us so I looked out and saw across the street like 10+ cop cars and a couple fire trucks and the copter was circling with a spot light. I still have no idea what happened and it's bugging me! lol. I'm pretty sure whatever happend happend at the gas station but I've check the local news and nothing has been said. It was really weird, went on for about 2 hours. Whats funny is before Allen left something else happend around us cause we kept hearing a lot of sirens haha I promise we live in a safe area, weird day though. And for the exciting news!!!! 1 1/2 weeks left of school!!!

Haha that is so funny that you guys saw the car door open when you got to the top. I don't know if you got my text message, but I found out what happened last night (it was on tonights evening news). A drunk driver drove off into the canal and hit a power box. It knocked out power to a bunch of houses for hours. Anyway, they got the guy out while his truck was sinking.
That's fun!! What kind of business does his dad have?
