ourbestbites.com has a recipe. I don't know if they have the pork, but they have a rice (lime cilantro rice) and dressing recipe (I think it might just be called tomatillo dressing) and a homemade tortilla and blackbean recipe. We like it. Mind you, I haven't had Cafe Rio since I moved out here, so maybe memory doesn't serve me. oh, and that grosgrainfabulous blog I told you about, she has a quick and easy tutorial to make maternity jeans (just using old jeans).

I got a little behind on looking at blogs and I just realized you're prego! Congrats I am so happy for you. It's the greatest thing ever! So your chinese calendar, ya it didn't work for me it said boy and obviously I had a girl!! Good luck with everything I'm so happy for you!
Have one for all of it, let me know if you still want it. Not sure it is worth all the work, but fun to try out. Made it a couple of times and pretty close to Cafe Rio, but not quite the same. Let me know. Serenity
