Cafe Rio

Do any of you have a Cafe Rio recipe that is pretty close to the real thing? For the pork, rice, and dressing??? Thanks =)

ourbestbites.com has a recipe. I don't know if they have the pork, but they have a rice (lime cilantro rice) and dressing recipe (I think it might just be called tomatillo dressing) and a homemade tortilla and blackbean recipe. We like it. Mind you, I haven't had Cafe Rio since I moved out here, so maybe memory doesn't serve me.
oh, and that grosgrainfabulous blog I told you about, she has a quick and easy tutorial to make maternity jeans (just using old jeans).

Have one for all of it, let me know if you still want it. Not sure it is worth all the work, but fun to try out. Made it a couple of times and pretty close to Cafe Rio, but not quite the same. Let me know. Serenity
