I finished painting the baby's dresser. I wish I'd taken a before picture so you could see the difference. It was wood and old and scratched. There are some chips in the drawers but it adds character so I don't mind. It had some gloss finish on it still so I used Klean-Strip Sander Deglosser til it was dull. Then primed it, and then painted it white with a foam roller brush. Spray paint would have been ideal but since I'm pregnant I'm trying to stay away from sprays. After it dried I distressed the edges of just the drawers with sand paper, and replaced all the drawers knobs. Love this dresser! The drawers are huge which is nice. Still have to paint this room, you can see the ugly flowers someone painted on the walls behind the dresser.

Love it! Looks like you've got good window light & wood floors too ;)
Love it that you noticed that Hollie, and to be honest, that was a huge reason I wanted this place lol!
