Despite the 'growth spurt' Isabel continues to stare at her feet, she'll also extend and point her feet, its so cute and I'm convinced she's gonna be a dancer =) She LOVES to suck on her hands, to the point of gagging herself. She's 11 weeks, 2 1/2 months, and is fitting into her 3 month clothes. So crazy! She's also so close to rolling over back to stomach. This is something she's been trying for only 3 days and she's so close!!! She's holding her head up really well but still has a ways to go, she lifts it great when she's on her stomach. We rarely do tummy time so I was impressed how high she could lift it. She's pushing herself back with her feet, so now we really have to be careful where we put her. She is really fighting being swaddled now, I think she's realizing she can move. Where gonna be in trouble once she learns to crawl. I can tell she just can't wait to get moving! She's never still, NEVER! She has a hard time falling to sleep because she can't keep her legs still (though that might be normal =) We've got a crazy one on our hands!! But I wouldn't have it any other way, she sure is something special, and is teaching me SO much!!
I'm so behind on postings (not to mention life! Haven't been able to clean, blog, blurb which I'm really behind on, the list goes on!) Hopefully she'll start letting me put her down soon.
Onto some exciting news....Eclipse is out in 13 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look how big and long she is! After reading over my post about Izzy I realize how much she's growing and learning! She's not really a newborn anymore (thank goodness =) I love seeing her learn new things and grow and develop and fit into bigger clothes! Some people get sad, I get so happy!!

there definitely are trying times as your little one grows! (wait until she starts teething..LORD!) but at least you have Cam there with you to tag team for you if you start losing your mind! Hang in there..you're doing GREAT! :)
Oh, Kelda! We have all been there! Stay strong. I was happy to see the newborn stage go with both of mine, too...but then you look back and appreciate how cute and little they were afterward. The first one is hard! Loves to ya, girlie.
I will agree, the first is tough. Everything your doing is new, sometimes stuff works, sometimes not. Poor 1st child. ;) Then you dont remebering how crazy it was and have an end up having another baby. Sounds like your doing great!
Oh no...I thought everything was just easy and fun all the time! Just kidding. It is good to read things like this and so when things aren't easy for me in a few months, I wont freak out and feel all alone.
She is adorable, and I know your a great mom! By the time I have mine, you will be a pro and I'll be asking you what to do!
I've been following your blog a lot since the little one came along. I check it every day as if it were my facebook lol. I'm starting to do my blogspot again... Any ways I miss you guys! I wish you still lived here :(
