We arrived in Washington on Tuesday and it's been crazy since we've landed! We left Seattle right away so we could make the ferry to the Olympic Peninsula. Seattle's about 2 hours from Sequim. Once we got to the house we unloaded our stuff and my parents took us to the beach. They discovered a beach thats about 5 minutes away. No one swims or lays out though because it's too cold. We hung out there for a while and then went to a cute little 50's diner. After dinner my parents took us to a bike path we're gonna go on that is from Sequim to Port Angeles, about 15 miles! The path happens to go across a really neat bridge. So we stayed there for a while and took some pictures. After that we tried to make it back to the beach for the sunset but didn't really make it. It was a very busy day but a lot of fun! We really like it here, it's so pretty and there's actually a lot to do. We can't fit everything in this trip but maybe next time. I'm two days off blogging but thought it'd be easier to blog daily than when we get back so tomorrow I'll blog our day 2!
