Well its been almost 72 hours since Isabel has been born and it's been a crazy ride. Kelda and I certainly didn't anticipate how amazing or hard this experience would be. Kelda did really well during labor and is currently enjoying being sleep deprived. Izzy is doing really well. She is really fun, and we don't really know what we're doing, but we are enjoying it. Below are pics over the past 3 days. Thanks to everyone for all the help and support we have recieved and been offered. Thanks Chels last night for getting me a super sweet Bday cake. I'll have Kel make a good post once she feels up to it.

You don't have to read volumes or follow the latest trends-- just follow your gut. Crude but poignant. She is precious! Love the name. No one really knows what they are doing when they bring home the baby but like Lisa said, you just follow your gut and it all works out. You guys will be great parents! She is one lucky baby!

It was a pleasure to visit you Easter Sunday and to be able to hold Izzy. She is so cute, tiny and wiggly. Daddy was standing close by in case she wiggled out of my arms.

She looks perfect! Almost exactly the same measurements as my first babe. :) You said it right how you never expect how amazing and hard it is and how you have no idea what you are doing, but it's awesome! :) Enjoy every minute. It's gone in a blink! So happy for you 2 (or 3!)
