Isabel is 4 months! Love it! I must admit I'm excited to start solids, don't know why. Anyways, Isabel is growing so much. She weighs 13lbs 15oz, and is 26 3/4 inches long! Her length is off the charts and her weight was about average I think. I'm surprised because I don't feel like she eats much. I'm learning really fast (and I'm surprised its taking this long) that she is NEVER gonna be consistent. There's always gonna be something - rolling over, teething, sickness, growth spurt, etc. I so badly want consistency lol. I'm more on the controlling side too so it makes it really hard, I'm learning lots. She's definitely teaching me =) It's good, I need to learn to go with the flow, I don't like trying to control everything. She's is getting chubby which I love. She's turning into quite the mommy's girl, promise I'm not enforcing it. She is just so so cute and we're so happy that she's ours!
Some things about Isabel at 4 months:
She's rolling back to front
She grabs and plays with her feet
She loves to sit, she doesn't really like laying front or back - very excited for the day she can sit by herself
She's really alert. Everytime we're out someone always comments on her alertness. They think she's around 6 months too.
She sleeps 11 hours at night with 2 feedings - though I learned at the docs that she can go with one - looks like more sleep training is coming - blah
Speaking of sleep training, she is sleep trained to an extent. I can place her in the crib awake but she needs her pacifier otherwise she'll cry (is that sleep trained? donno, it's confusing). But so happy I don't have to rock her anymore.

I soooo loved this age! So cute and starting to interact more ... Awww, so fun! Try to enjoy it even when you are sleep deprived and stressed because they change so quickly!!
